To submit your site to search engine using the google web master tools ht tps://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url?pli=1 , for bing submit your site here: ht tp://www.bing.com/toolbox/submit-site-url. Remove the space in http to use the link.

i think www.submitexpress.com is a pretty good one. It has free and premium offers in it. And also a meta generator
