I know about the basic idea about Google Analytics set up so please can anyone told me that if i add analytics code out of the head tag then it will work or not?

After signing up the Google analytics there one code generate, insert that code above the </head> tag.

Yes, as Shail164 said, just insert the Google tracking code and then check your Google Analytics dashboard to confirm that it recongizes your site. It might take a few minutes - a few hours to recognize. P.S. Don't forget to add filters for you and business users so Google doesn't track when you visit the site.

It is recommended that Analytic code must be submit above closing tag of head.
But you can use in the footer also.

After signup process Google analytics generate tracking code which helps analytics to track your website details like visitors and all. You need to enter that code in your website above the <body> tag and in <head> tag.
