Because, it turns out, the site is a digital marketing one. So the question was just a precursor to the inevitable spam which I've just deleted...

As per latest google algorithm we have toconcentrate on domain authority and page authority while doing linkbuilding for any project.

This is a common question. The main stages can be as follows:
Step One - The Semantic Core
Step Two - Evaluating Queries and Ranking the Kernel
The third step - Drawing up the structure of the site
The fourth step - Technical page setup
The fifth step - Analysis of the "mobility" of the site and the implementation of important recommendations
The sixth step. Reference point - Monitoring of issuance and withdrawal of positions.
