I can’t live without Screaming Frog for site audits, Google Analytics for traffic insights, and Ahrefs for keyword research and backlink analysis.

For me, it's SEMrush, GSC, GA, and ScreamingFrog. They're a power pack.

For me, Google Search Console is probably the one I rely on the most. It gives direct insights into how Google sees my website, from indexing issues to search performance. I also use tools like Ahrefs and Screaming Frog depending on what I'm analyzing.

For me Google Search console

Google Search Console without question. Free, shows exactly how Google sees your site, what's ranking, what's dropping and where clicks are actually coming from. Everything else builds on top of that data.
If forced to add one paid tool, Ahrefs. Keyword research, backlink tracking, content gaps, covers most of what's needed daily without switching between five different platforms.

seo could not work without google console. its fully product performance ans indexing with keyword visiblity

If I were to choose only one,I would choose Google Search Console. It's free and provides valuable insights into website performance, helps identify indexing issues, and shows which keywords drive traffic to your site.

commented: google search console +0

I'd go with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog and Semrush.

If I had to choose only one, I would pick Google Search Console.

Paid tools are useful, but Search Console is the one I would not want to lose because it shows data directly from Google: queries, impressions, clicks, average position, indexing issues, sitemap status, manual actions, and page experience signals.

For day-to-day SEO, I usually find it most useful for spotting pages that already have impressions but weak clicks. Those are often quick-win opportunities because Google is already showing the page somewhere, but the title, meta description, content depth, or search intent match may need improvement.

That said, I would not rely on one tool for everything. My basic stack would be:

  • Google Search Console for real search performance and indexing
  • GA4 for user behavior and conversions
  • Screaming Frog for technical crawls
  • Ahrefs or Semrush for backlink and competitor research

But if the question is the one tool I cannot live without, it would still be Search Console. It is free, first-party, and usually tells you where to start before spending time in paid tools.

In my opinion, there is no SEO tool that I can do without more than SEMrush. This software is very useful because of its various features like keyword research, competitor analysis, website audit, and ranking monitoring.
