1. Professional
2. Reliable
3. Communicates ALL the fees, not only some
4. Is ethical & honest
5. Returns e-mails & phone calls in a timely manner
6. Isn't sleazy or underhanded
7. Has a good reputation & has been around for min. 5 years
8. Charges reasonable rates
9. Can get merchant accounts for companies in the UK & Canada

We are looking for someone who has experience with pseudo adult sites, high risk adult sites & mainstream type companies.

We don't work in the porn industry & we AREN'T sleazy, but clearly you have issues regarding this.

There are many reputable providers in the market

I operate a similar type of business and had a great deal of dfficulty getting a merchant account provider, and was knocked back by a few companies as my business was deemed to be "high-risk". I ended up getting an account through Merchant Services Group Intl who gave me the option of US or offshore accounts - I went offshore.
