I'm sorry that Google Ads are giving you a big headache. Personally, I find the web interface to manage my campaigns and ads incredibly confusing. Instead, I prefer to use the official downloadable editor, and I find it much easier to use. Plus you can copy and paste a lot to create duplicates of ads and campaigns.

If this still doesn't work for you, can you please try explaining in better detail what you are trying to accomplish, and I'll try to walk you through step-by-step how to do it.
