how can you add quick reply to a phpbb board that hasnt already got it? Do you need to start all over or can you just insert a simple code, if the latter, can someone please show me the code i need?

Adding that feature would require a php file hack and .tpl template hack to your existing phpBB files. Doing a quick search on www.phpbbhacks.com yielded these results: http://www.phpbbhacks.com/searchresults.php?version=2&query=quick+reply&search_type=1&Submit=Go
Choose the Quick Reply hack you wish to use, and download the instructions how to apply it.
