hi,

Does anyone know of a good software encoder capable of encoding a captured video in MPEG4 format

and

User data can be added into the encoded stream. ie the MPEG4 output will contain user data inside.

For video encoding there is software ImTOO MPEG Encoder, we can download from Inet

Hi,

wat i need is a software encoder capable of embedding private (KLV) data inside. The private data shoudnt be shown when the video is played. The receiver of the video however can retrieve the private data from the encoded video (MPEG4 or MPEG2) if he wants it.
