A good second choice would be MediaTemple, their reviews are quite good, but not as good as GoDaddy.

They have email chat and phone chat but i am not really sure if they have a live chat on their site because i do not contact them very often.

I host a lot with GoDaddy mainly because of price. Their service, I would say is good, but they tend to try to dismiss issues on their end by convincing you the problem is with your site, at least I have had this experience in the past until I clearly started provided them with the proof when the issue has been within their shared hosting environment. that is the only thing that has annoyed me about GoDaddy. Other than that, I like their management products.
