Jump to PostMy suggestion... make 100% sure that you backup the template by downloading a copy to your local computer before you make any changes. If you make a mistake, you can easily import your saved template.

You can easily modify the HTML code on your blog in blogger.com but for that you need to login through the your username and password after that go to the blogger dashboard where you can find the edit HTML option so just click on that and modify it.

I'm not sure, but I think you can go to your Blogger dashboard and choose Post List icon, click the drop-down menu and select Template. Then click the Edit HTML button under the "Live on blog" view.
