Hi,
I want to write html email with background image. I tried different solutions but nothing worked so far. Using outlook didn't work too.

Any solution or application to do this?

You would have to host the background img then link to it in the email

What solutions have you tried? It would not make sense to provide further guidance without knowing what has and/or hasnt worked for you.

I have tried only outlook. Background in outlook only works in outlook. And also tried inline CSS, hosting background image, tried to insert attachment(html file) with insert as text option.

Using any other application which support editing html will help? as I tried hosting background image and and inserted that file as text in outlook but that didnt work

Friends please, I need help with it. Atleast tell me better email client that will do the trick for me.
