Which platform is best for website designing(wp,drupal...)?

They all have their strengths and weaknesses. There is no single best. Pick the right one for the job instead.

Wordpress is the most commonly used cms. It has the most support, templates, plugins, and etc. I think that would be the more effective pathway if your designing websites. Drupal is a bit more complicated and you need to know php to use it. I am not experienced with joomla, but i heard it is not that great. If you want my pick, pick wordpress.

Have a look at statamic: it.s no free but not expensive http://www.statamic.com

So if you're not into databases this could help.
