I hv attached the file kindly guide me hw to create this logo in adobe.?

Adobe what? Photoshop? Illustrator? Illustrator would probably be better because it is vector art.

I'm guessing he probably wants it in Illustrator. Well, assuming you own the program then you should have the manual which explains how to do what you want.
