Hello, all

I'm trying to make a video recording of myself playing a trumpet. The problem is: my device doesn't record the sound. Anybody here who knows how to solve this?

I keep hearing of issues with this maker. Time to bail out and demand your seller replace it? It seems clear there is no support there.
