I have a Toshiba Tecra 9100 with Windows XP Professional. Recently, I tried to utilize the Product Recovery CD and ran into a problem.
The computer came with 2 recovery disks. During the download of the second recovery disk, I get the following message: "Application Error 437 Cannot Read from File. If this problem persists, please contact Toshiba Support Center".
I tried to reload mutliple times and each time I get the same message. I read through several of the previous threads on this topic and believe it will be a "dead end" to contact Toshiba and have them send me new recovery disks or a replacement hard drive.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
