I get blue box after starting up my laptop sony pcg-v505 bx---the sony icon shows then it skips to a black screen w/ a blue box asking for a password.........after putting the wrong password in 4 x's it says disabled.....if I restart and press f2 the screen goes to phoenix bios set up--- and again asks for a pass word _ i dont know the pass word is there a way I can reset the computer w/ out a start up disc or what should I do?
