Two month ago i buy a pen drive.it work fine till yesterday. i am facing a problem with it when i try to open it a message appear "not a valid win 32 application "and it is not opening by any method. plz help me

4. - What model and size is the USB??
5. - Have you tried another computer with a different OS??

operating system is XP
my computer is core to duo amd athlon 4400
i try it in 3 different pc
my usb is 2GB moser baer
i have try it in diffrent pc but not on different OS

now when i connect that pen drive to my computer auto run foldrer opens up and after selecting the right opnion now pen drive is opening.but that auto run folder not came up every time and on every pc i try it on 4 or 5 pc .

now my pen drive is opening. problem is due to virus i think virus has blocked it.After scaning it is working fine

OK, well... i that is good...

Just to do a final virus scan, and make sure any virus that still might be on your machine... do the following:

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Close notepad....

Make sure that you restart the computer.

Then you shouldn't have any problems.
