Hello guys,
recently i bought a Compaq laptop model v6000 with vista OS. and Ive made a backup of data using windows backup wizard which burned to DVD these DVDs only can detect the hard drive under dos when i need to reinstall OS. but when try something like ghost recover CD it can't detect the hard drive and any bootable CD, I've tried to see bios configuration but nothing new happened, is there any way around to sort it out???

hmmm...don't do anything that will excuse to void you warranty...better get it back to where you buy it...
