I have a emachine model # M2352 that i dropped while plugged in to the 110Volt/charger. The port on the laptop is now wallowed out and the male/female on the 110v/charger cord does not fit in correctly. The battery will only charge to 50% and the display does not brighten when plugged into the wall. The fan also runs all the time and I can hear it shorting itself in the port on the machine. Where can I find the part and the step by step instructions as to how to fix this?

I am quite handy with things and should have no problem soldering to the motherboard if needed.

You've got no replies because nobody can set out such intricate step by step instructions - never mind the time it takes to write this out.

Simply, I feel you're asking too much from us. Just take the m,achine in to a repair shop and have it done by a pro.
