"I have Compaq Armada M700 when I boot it/on it all the led light blinking continuous and when i connected it with A.C supply its Charging light and green light plus All LED bilking. What it mean? Any body help me"

hi given its age maybe its motherboard died too,
had a newer Toshiba doing similar ,change cpu/ram /hardrive /and did a bunch more troubleshooting and came to conclusion that the motherboard was bad and threw it away !
did you try anything yet ,like removing the ram and or harddrive to see if it would boot ,remove battery and try a boot with just the power supply
