Please help me choosing one of among these two ??

3GB (1x2GB/1x1GB) NECC Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM Memory
320GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
15.6" 720p WLED (1366x768) Display with TrueLife(TM), with integrated 1.3 mega pixel web cam
Integrated Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator X4500HD

I want to use Windows 7..

Both are available at same price.

I don't know a lot about laptops, but from the specs posted they both look pretty similar (hence the price I suppose)

The first one's CPU is better, in that it has more cache and can run 4 threads instead of 2.

If I were buying, I'd look more closely at the graphics capabilities. What does "Intel HD Graphics" mean? Can it play any games apart from minesweeper? If so, I'd be leaning towards the first one, with a RAM upgrade, as 2GB is not much these days. Can you get more RAM for a little more money?

:|Woww. Brother Close your eyes and drag the first one laptop. The difference is very much clear for anyone who knows a little bit.

their is a big difference bro... look at the processor corei3 vs dual core... much better the first one.....if you want to add ram you can on it..

Go for the i3, its a far better CPU overall, the speed dont tell the full story as to how much better the i3 is when compared to a C2D.
