my toshiba m200...not starting up.when ever i switch on my note book..its start with toshiba logo and then make some sound for time n then show the screen written with -edit boot otions

It may be having a problem booting from your hard drive. If I was in your situation, I would put in the Windows install disk and get it to boot from that and then run the repair option to see if there is a problem with your boot disk that it can fix.
but problem is my note giving to boot my vista dvd,,,,the screen is not moving...i already tried several times....
