hello , my laptop is having a few problems , CAN ANYONE HELP as its really annoying .........................i can turn it on it gives me the options to start windows normally etc but when i select either of the options it lays in waiting doing the same thing the longest i have waited is 20 mins , its not normal anyone ????????????

Bad HD or something in windows is corrupted. In th start windows normally screen do you have last know good configuration or safe mode try them if you can get into safe mode goto start run cmd type in chkdsk. If not you need an xp restore cd get to the repair console and run chkdsk /f
