filename; bdd(o3) + 00001816 error ; 00 ; 0028 ; c0231d9e

This is the error my friend keeps getting when he tries to start a game. along with a presst enter to continue or ctrl+alt+delete to restart message. The game worked earlier today to our suprise, but then the errors came up again. I thought it was a kernel error before but, i don't know now.
I believe he has a Dell with windows ME
