I dont know what is wrong with my computer. When i push the power button the tower turn on for about 3 seconds then turns back off for about 4 or 5 seconds then turns back on and remains on but the moniter still has a yellow light like the compter is off please help

Yes everything is connected right.But still does the same thing. Ive removed the cords a few times blew on them then put them back but no change

A few questions:
1.) Is this a PC you built yourself or a new PC you bought from a manufacturer?
2.) Is the system plugged into a power strip/i.e. getting ample power?
3.) Does the system sound any Beeps before or after it restarts?

Its not new but i bought it from dell
Its getting plenty of power
And it beeps once before restarting and once after
