We have recently shifted to new house and after shifting whenever i start my Computer it continuously restarts so what may be the problem?is the problem with the hardware?

Yes I think the harddisk or Ram is corrupted you have to format and install the operating system

try to go safe mode then select LAst known Configuration, restart the machine...
