I have a starting problem means when i changed booting preference on my pc but it doesn't happen it will boot from hard disk always so i cann't change booting options like it will not boot from floppy ,cddrive.

After changing the preferences in the BIOS, are you saving the changes before exiting? Lots of people just exit the BIOS without saving the changes made.
