Can somebody please point me in the right direction before I start removing capacitors out of the motherboard and then when i put the new ones in and they don't work I accidentally throw the tower out my car window into oncomig traffic. thank you sir. Boy I feel better already.

John, i really feel sorry for you. Do you often throw your computers out of your car into oncoming traffic? Were you trying to hit someone, like maybe, your mental doctor who treats your manic depressive disorder? I'm glad you feel better too :)
