Hello,
I have an Asrock K7VM2 mothorboard, AMD Athlon XP 1900+
current speed 1600 mhz, external clock 133 mhz Socket A.
Running Windows XPMCE

Recently, I added an AGP card, but in doing so, dislodged a small blue jumper. I've poured over the manual, but can't, for the life of me, find out where it came from!!
Almost all jumpers appear to be in place, so
I've narrowed it down to the only 2 possibles:
The infrared module connector (No 20 in the diagram in the manual)
or, the Clear CMOS, No 17.

If you could help me put this thing back where it's supposed to go, I'd be really, really grateful. I've struggled with it for ages now.
Best wishes

Hi,
some Asrock boards come without a jumper for the CMOS, not sure about this board though. It looks like this one doesn't have a jumper for the CMOS as it has only two pins. The other connector 20 isn't the IR Module, it's the front panel audio connector and the jumpers on these are usually Blue on ASROCK boards.
Hope this helps.
