I'm using Windows XP and a Dell Quietkey keyboard. I'm haing inreasing problems with dropped letters (as in "haing inreasing" above). Tried cleaning keys, etc. but problems persist and seem to be getting worse. Any suggestions other than new keyboard? Thanks.

It might just be a broken/old keyboard. I would buy a newer one. ;)
