When I try to open Start>Help and Support, it says
Windows cannot open Help and Support becuase a system service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service named 'Help and Support'.
I don't know how to do that! I've tried searching for that service and opened it, but it said the service couldn't be opened or something.
If you know how to fix this, please let me know. Thanks in advance
