the top of the screen got smushed directly over the t key, and now the t key doesn't work. the screen's okay except for an unsightly imprint of keys. i'm worried that i'll have to replace the entire keyboard. any way to fix this type of keypad?

otherwise, is it possible to reconfigure the keys on the keypad? i don't think F9 is doing anything.

Keyboard replacement would be wise. They are usually cheap on eBay, but you never know about Sony parts... as they try to control what is available.
Sometimes you can buy a dropped sony that has no screen, but the keyboard is still good... Cost bout $30
