i have a problem in loading winxp i.e after copying the setup files it will automatically restarted. ofter that it displays trap00000006-----exception---------

Have you tried the help option @ microsoft.com?
Enter the error code/message you've received in the search field and see what turns up.
It may also be helpful if you state what sort of a set-up you're working with (hardware list/type and approximate age...)
I'm also assuming that you're working with a legal version of Win Xp with at least Service Pack 1 installed?
