Hi, log looks pretty clean. There are a few things you could remove.

And thats it unless you want to get rid of the AOL, Goolge toolbars.

But other then that, I don't see anything else to do, except mabe a Defragment and take out the AOL & Google toolbars.

Sounds like you need more physical memory.. To check this use the windows task manager. Click the performance tab.

Check the peak value in the commit charge section. If this value is greater than the total amount of physical memory you need more memory.

or

Increase the virtual memory (Hard Drive space to act as memory) however this will not improve performance.

Increasing the physical amount of memory will.

You could also purchase some more ram, I'm assuming this is an older machine? Pc-133 RAM is pretty cheap. Check out Ebay or something for it.
