cant get on internet unless in safe mode

Please can some one help me, since yesterday I can not get on the internet anymore only in safe mode.
I have run a pandaactive scan and also AVG anti spyware and still found nothing.

It is possibly not much help, but Perhaps you have a corrupted IE add-on such as a toolbar etc.. I suggest you use msconfig startup section to temporarily stop unnecessary IE related items from starting. A process of elimination....
Go start > run, type msconfig -and enter. Uncheck all unnecessary items [you can recheck them later if ok], and restart.

I was having the same problem. I ran like 8 scans from virus-help.org and it was fine, sorry I don't know which scan actually fixed it but the more scanning the better...

Hi, I've got the same symptoms, abt 3 days ago, all virus and spyware scans come up empty and I cant see anything weird in my Hijack This log or Startup log.

Let me know if u get anything.

I do notice however, that when windows loads (normal mode) the network works correctly, it gets dhcp and stuff, but a little while afterward when everything loads, it stops working. The problem is I can't find out what is loading and stopping ALL network traffic (in and out).
