I am running a graphical utility to monitor internet activity (DU Meter). Of late it has been showing low level upload activity ~ 20 - 30 Kb/sec. Both AdAware and Spybot S & D show nothing more serious than a few tracking cookies. I am running ZoneAlarm (free) and the control center shows in the programs section only one thing flashing, that translates to
'Delivery Manager Service listening to port(s) 8080'

Your log is clean, but i'm pretty sure i found the upload culprit.
C:\WINDOWS\kdx\KHost.exe

This belongs to a program that uploads images and other things to secured servers for later downloads. This is most likely the reason for the unexplained uploads. No reason to worry.

Could this be anything to do with Kontiki?

Yeah thats what it is.

Ah, in the UK, Sky is the sattelite TV provider, and they provide a service called Sky Anytime that allows you to download Movies and programs to your PC. They use Kontiki as the download manager. The only remaining question is why the service is active all the time, and what its "sending".

Hmm... Thats a good question. You might be able to find out some more info on Kontiki's Home page which is here. But for now it isn't doing any harm. If any sudden symptoms appear though you should let us know.
