Hi, Ive recently been having random popups and my antivirus software has been finding loads of spyware and even though i remove it it keeps coming back. I have also scanned with ad-adware and spybot s&d. Im running xp with sp2 . HELP!!!!

Just disable your system restore, and scan your Pc with all your security softwares in safe mode. Hope it'll help you.
