$ sudo mount -t ntfs -o defaults /dev/sda5 /mnt/my_drive
where /dev/sda5
must be replaced by your hard-drives name, and /mnt/my_drive
must be replace by whichever folder you which to mount the hard-drive into.
or just click on hard drive in nautilus
just click once on the hdd at home (or any other) folder.
