need help. I cannot log in to msn explorer. I get a pop up message that says We are unable to sign you in. There maybe a problem with our service or your internet connection. Try again later. I have called. SBc and msn and spoke to people all over the world and my problem is still not resolved. HELP

Try this...go to http://www.hotmail.co.jp and see if you can sign in with your MSN account from there. If that works sign out of .NET and then reboot your computer and try again.
