It sounds like you're running an application that is expecting a different graphics capability. That is, it's calling a procedure in gdi32.dll that doesn't exist. gdi32.dll is a graphics device interface library of procedures provided by windows. You should look at the application that you are running when you get this error. Perhaps they have an update.
