I am using an XP IBM laptop with a port replicator, and frequently use it to extend my screen to a external monitor, and I find it tedious to activate the monitor every time. Also, my second monitor is on the left of the laptop, so that complicates it even more.
are there any ways to create a button on my desktop that enables the second monitor on the left side?
(also, if there would be a way to automatically enable the second monitor when the Laptop senses the connection to the port replicator, i would really appreciate it!)
