If I click cancel the explorer opens up again for about 3 seconds and then closes again.
I'm unable to restore to an earlier point as I don't have sufficient time to open up the utility before explorer closes itself again. Interestingly enough is seemed to start after I uninstalled bitdefender. I haven't since installed anything else other then hijackthis to share with you the following log:
