For a little while now i've noticed my PC isn't working how it should, mainly its just that .exe's become corrupted after a while or just throw up the "do you want to send an error report" message. This effects most of my programs, be it games, programs like iTunes or WinAmp, even windows service pack installer, but it doesnt seem to effect all programs. Im using a custom WinXP skin (via StyleXP) and when i reboot that goes back to the standard Windows 98/2000 style grey bars.

I was just wondering if there was a cure for this problem, im running Windows XP Service Pack 1, if there's any other infomation any one requires i'll be only too happy to give it
