I've never had this problem w/ XP when typing in characters in IE, Word, notepad etc...
Heres the problem, when typing after a few words sometimes the cursor will jump up or down a few lines and start typing at the point were there cursor jumps to.
This is really annoying because once I start typing its distracting and I can only type about 30 wpm. Is this a problem w/ vista??
