Hello my name is Betty,
I am having trouble with my sound. I can hear system sounds just fine, music on cds,but when I try to look at a video I can see the video but I cannot hear it. I am having several errors appear that seem to be related to my internet explorer. I am by no means a computer wiz. I would appreciate if someone could help.
Let me explain what the people at tech support for my online college told me to do. Update windows XP and download the new adobe flash. I did step by step what they explain and called them back and they explain that they did not what was wrong. I seem to think I am missing some files or my internet explorer is messed up.
