So this morning when I turn on my computer, everything loads and I get to my wall paper, except that is the only thing that loads. my icons, my start bar, my system tray, all gone. I can manage to open the task manager and run explorer to access files but am clueless as to what to do. Any help would be appreciated, just tell me what info I need to get for a proper diagnostic.
