I know there is a program that pops up a message every single time something is added to the registry and it allows you to reject the entry before it is added I just don't know what it is though! Can anyone shed the light? Much appreciated. All the spyware is just killin' me!

It's probably some type of antivirus program, like Norton, or McAfee. I don't know of any Windows feature that does that for you.
