I have started and checked that a service (right-click on My Computer @desktop and goto Manage -> Computer Management -> Services and Applications -> Services) is under 'Started' status. but sometimes later when I check again, this service has stopped. how can this happen? How do I ensure that the Service would always be in the 'started' status as what I have wanted? :cry:

if it's set on automatic, it will always be started. never stop.
if it's set to manual, it may stop if it's not needed anymore, and start again when it is needed again. also it depends on the service - what is it's name?
