Everytime I go to close a paint application, the message comes up in some form of Asian writing.

I mean, you know which box is for the yes/no/cancel options, but the entire message is not in English.

Also, I am having difficulty installing Unreal Tournament because they tell me that languages are not found. I am guessing the problem will end up being one in the same, but I have no idea what it could be.

Have you checked in Cobtril panel ,language and regional settings and make sure its set to english
