1) when Norton blocks or catches a SWEN or Trojan virus & blocks the e mail, does that mean that I AM ok on my system?
2) The OTHER thing I wonder is why in windows do I get the little rectangular box with the RED X on the side., is there any adjustments ect to avoid this? Thanks & happy new year to all of you!

Well, you should always schedule a virus scan every once and a while to make sure your system is not infected. If it catches it that means your system is protected.
The issue with the red x. I am not quite sure what u are talking about. Can u post a picture of it or give more information on it. To take a picture of your desktop press the print screen button and open paint and paste.
